
Coquito
Ingredients
- 2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
- 1 (15 ounce) can Cream of Coconut
- 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup Mozart Coconut Chocolate Liqueur
- ½ cup rum
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for serving
Garnish
- Grated nutmeg
- Cinnamon sticks
Steps
- Combine evaporated milk, Cream of Coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, Mozart Coconut Chocolate Liqueur, rum, vanilla, and ½ teaspoon cinnamon in a blender and blend until fully combined.
- Transfer mixture to glass bottles and refrigerate until cold, at least three hours.
- To serve, pour cold coquito into small glasses, and garnish with ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and a cinnamon stick.
