Coquito

Ingredients

  • 2 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
  • 1 (15 ounce) can Cream of Coconut
  • 1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup Mozart Coconut Chocolate Liqueur
  • ½ cup rum
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for serving

Garnish

  • Grated nutmeg
  • Cinnamon sticks

Steps

  • Combine evaporated milk, Cream of Coconut, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, Mozart Coconut Chocolate Liqueur, rum, vanilla, and ½ teaspoon cinnamon in a blender and blend until fully combined.
  • Transfer mixture to glass bottles and refrigerate until cold, at least three hours.
  • To serve, pour cold coquito into small glasses, and garnish with ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and a cinnamon stick.
